Traditional Christmas fruit cake just like grandma used make, drenched in brandy, perfect with custard and icecream.  Quality hand picked ingredients.


Cake measures 20cm wide and 7cm tall, presented on quality base board.


Ingredients:  sultanas, currents, raisins, marmalade, mixed peel, brandy, flour, nutmeg, mixed spice, butter, brown sugar, eggs and almonds.

Please note appointment times are as follows: 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12noon Saturday or Chrismtas Eve 7am to 11am.
